The Brief
I offer the time to precisely take down all the details and points of your design project. It’s the finer details of projects that are always of the most importance. This is also the time to discuss:
Art Direction
Colour and Themes
Fonts and Layouts
Imagery
Quotations and Concepts
Once we take down the brief for the project, I offer a comprehensive quotation on all the components of your project. On acceptance of your quotation, I then begin the proofing stages. This includes three rounds of concepts (unless specified in your quotation) and refinements based on one of these concepts. During this stage, I’ll focus on:
Quotations
Concepts
Revisions
Layout changes
Delivery and Follow Up
Once I have completed your project, I then deliver your files electronically for artwork only projects. For printed products, I’ll arrange to have these couriered to you at your choice of location (home or business). I will also follow up with a quick email to make sure you are happy with the finished product. At the end of the project I’ll:
Check on client satisfaction
Establish if there’s anything else we can assist with
Send the invoice on completion
